RANatic Pick-up Line Challenge

Mechanics:

• Ang RANatic Pick-up Line Challenge ay bukas sa lahat ng RANatic
• Ang contestant ay dapat 18 years old pataas
• Ang registration at 1st come 1st serve basis maximum of 16 slots.
• Ang theme ay tungkol sa RAN kaya dapat ang pick-up lines na gagamitin nyo ay galing sa RAN Online.
• Pinagbabawal ang pagmumura at malalaswang pananalita.
• Bawal ang mainvolve sa gulo sa loob at sa labas ng event venue.
• Bawal ang pikon.
• Mag kakaroon ng toss coin, at ang mananalo ay may pagkakataong mamili kung sino ang mauuna.
• Bibigyan kayo ng dalawang (2) beses para makapag bitaw ng malulupit na pick-up
• Ang mga Audience ang mag dedecide sa pamamagitan ng pinakamalakas na palakpakan kung sino ang may pinaka ma-angas na pick-up line.

Prizes:

Champion:

+10 Armor Set of Choice with +100 HP, +9 Resistance, 0.25 HP Regen and +25 RV per piece

1st Runner up:

60D +9 Atk/Def battle defence glasses with 150 HP.
60D +9 Atk/Def battle attack ring with 150 HP.

General Guidelines for Offline Activities:

• Players are advised to read the full mechanics of the contest they plan to join in. This is to avoid confusion, delays or unnecessary activities. The contest facilitators will still explain the mechanics of the contest before they begin, you may ask questions or clarifications.
• Prizes which can be provided via voucher or E-Points cards will be rewarded on the Domination IV event day. Those prizes which have to be inserted to characters/accounts will be given the week after Domi VI.
• All contestants are expected to follow the rules set forth by the facilitators. The facilitators reserve the right to disqualify or remove a participant from the game on the grounds of cheating, misrepresentation (during registration), delaying the event, or unruly behavior.

All contestants are expected to observe fairness and sportsmanship at all times.

Name that Mamaw

Mechanics:

• Participants are required to wear a CABAL-related shirt, jacket or polo during the contest.
• The objective is to guess the exact name of the monster flashed in the screen.
• There will be two stages:

1. Qualifying Stage

• There will be multiple rounds in the qualifying stage. For every round, an image of a monster will be flashed in the screen. Participants in the contest venue who know the correct answer should raise their hand and speak the name of the monster in the microphone. The first six (6) winners will advance to the final round.

Final Stage

1. There will be six rounds in the Final Stage. For every round, an image of a monster will be flashed in the screen for six seconds. The six finalists must write the name of the monster in the sheet provided to them within twelve (12) seconds. After the 12-second provision, the finalists shall reveal their answers by showing their answer sheets. Each correct answer will earn them 1 point. The finalist with the most number of correct answers will be declared the winner.

• Additional rounds will be conducted in both the qualifying and final stage if necessary.
• The winner will receive the following prizes:

Guild Feud

Two of our brightest guilds will settle their dispute in the CABAL PH version of one of most popular TV game shows in the world!

• Participants must form a team of five (5) members who are ALL required to register in the CABAL Booth.
• The five members must represent only one guild, and all members must wear their official Guild Shirt upon registration.
• As many as 16 guilds may register for this contest, but only two guilds, whose name will be chosen by draw lots will qualify.

The contest is adapted from the popular tv game show Family Feud. Contestants will be asked questions which have already been answered by 100  CABAL players. Contest will be conducted in Filipino, and questions will revolve around CABAL Online or online gaming. Sample questions: ‘Ano ang kadalasang ginagawa ng mga CABAL players kapag hindi sila ng dudungeon o nag nanation war?, ‘Ano ang paboritong ‘Potion’ ng mga CABAListas?’, ‘Ano ang kadalasang dahilan kung bakit nade-deads ang mga player sa CABAL?’

• There will three rounds:

Bullseye Round:

• 3 questions. First team to hit the buzzer will have the chance to answer first. If they get the top answer correctly, they’ll win an instant prize, if wrong, the other team can steal.

Basic Round:

• 3 questions. During or after the question has been read, the guild leader can hit the buzzer. The first guild leader to hit the buzzer will answer the question first. If his answer is in the choices, his score will be revealed, and they can choose if they want to play the round or pass it to the other team.
• If the first guild leader to answer didn’t answer the top choice, the other guild leader may answer the same question. If his score is higher, their guild will have the chance to choose if they want to play or pass.
• The members of the playing guild must then take turns to answer. A “strike” is given if a player gives an answer that is not on the board or fails to respond within the given time of 5 seconds. If the family is able to reveal all the answers on the board before accumulating three strikes, they win the round. Three strikes cause the family to lose control of the board, giving the other team one chance to steal the points (if they get one answer correctly).
• After a round is won, remaining answers are revealed.
• The guild with the greater total score from the 3 questions will win the basic round.

Fast Item Round:

• 5 questions. The winning guild from the basic round may choose to play the Fast Item Round. The guild must choose only one member, who should answer the five questions in 25 seconds. If the scores he earns from the five questions sum to 150 points or more, the guild will win the Fast Item Round.

Combo Memory

The objective is to come up with the exact sequence of the skills in the skill quickslot bar flashed in the screen.

• There will be two stages:

Qualifying Stage

• Two random participants per Battle Style will be chosen among the crowd (total of 12 participants). The two participants with the same Battle Style will compete with each other for the slot in the Final Stage. The sequence of the qualifying stage is as follows:

Step 1: The two participants will do rock-paper-scissors.

Step 2: The winning player can choose if he goes first or second.

Step 3: First combo sequence will be flashed on the screen for Player 1. After 20 seconds, the combo sequence will disappear from the screen.

Step 4: Player 1 will recite the combo. The facilitators will record how far he memorized the correct skill sequence.

*Player 2 to do Steps 3 & 4

Step 5: Facilitator will announce the player who memorized the combo farther.

*Steps 1-5 will be repeated for the other Battle Styles.

Final Stage

• The six (6) finalists from each Battle Style will compete in the Final Stage. Each round, a combo of 10 skills will be flashed in the screen for 12 seconds. When the combo sequence disappears from the screen, finalists can raise their hands to recite the correct combo.
• If the finalist correctly recited the correct sequence, he will score a point. If his answer is incorrect, he will be removed from the game, and another finalist can make a steal by raising his hand.
• The round’s combo can only be answered twice.
• First to score two (2) points will be declared the winner.
• Additional rounds will be conducted in both the qualifying and final stage if necessary.

Winner will receive the following prizes:

Best Guild Shirt

• Wear your best guild shirts with pride, honor and distinction and win exclusive items for you and your guild!
• Participants should be able to present their guild t-shirt at the day of the event
• The guild logo should appear in the t-shirt of the participating contestant.
• All guilds are invited to join this event so anyone can participate.
• Only one t-shirt design per guild shall be accepted.
• The GM’s decision is final; prizes/mechanics are subject to change.

• 1D Blessing Bead –100% AXP to ALL GUILD Members

Open the Chaos Box!

• Lucky CABALists present at  Domination VI will be given the rare opportunity to open a newly-discovered Chaos Box, said to contain never-before-seen premium in-game items!

• Anyone can register in this raffle contest by filling-up the registration sheet at  the CABAL Booth.
• Before every stage activity, the GMs will pick-up the name of a lucky CABAList in the raffle box.
• If the player can come to the stage within 10 seconds after his/her name was announced, he will be asked to open the chaos box and draw a voucher.
• The lucky winner will receive the reward indicated in the voucher.
